Ingredients:
- Half of a whole salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp of SAMBAL Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp of Sweet Soy Sauce ( I personally like the ABC Kecap )
To cook:
Heat the oven to 180º C/ Fan Oven
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of salt to the Salmon
Mixed all the ingredients to make a sauce, rub it well to the Salmon
Place the Salmon on a baking tray
Baked for 20 minutes or longer if you prefer it.
To serve:
You use the extra sauce as a dip. Serve this dish with steam vegetables and if you like you can also have it with steam rice.
