The subtle shock of a balanced chili and lime taste in this very simple ingredient will make a lotta difference to your daily lunch sandwich.
You can add this mixture to your tuna/chicken/sliced beef/boiled egg, add a few lettuce, grated carrots, cherry tomatoes, chopped celery and spread it to your favorite type of bread. And there you have it… 30 minutes of office lunch break heaven!
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (or more)
- 2 tbsp SAMBAL Chili Sauce ( less or more depending how spicy you want it)
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
(makes for 2 sandwiches)
